Most of us are at work for around forty hours a week, five days a week, for about 50 weeks a year. Yes, this is a pretty long time to be in the same place and around the same people. That’s why it’s so important to build positive workplace relationships to help you get through the week. I mean, who wants to work in a negative environment, right?
